What information do we process?
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide – typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and manage collaborations. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (preparing and performing contracts) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not share information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to respond to them and manage any collaboration, and delete them no later than 2 years after our last contact. Information included in our accounts is kept for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Your rights
